Therme Forum on Theatre and Architecture has been transforming conversations around theatre, technology, and the built environment at the Sibiu International Theatre Festival since 2018. The event series - a collaboration between Therme Group, Sibiu International Theatre Festival and global engineering firm Arup - gathers leading designers, managers and artists to discuss theatre and the value of wider investment in culture. Every year, Therme Forum inspires and challenges participants to find alternative perspectives by examining historical examples, best practices, trends and learnings from around the world.

Building on the immensely successful Forums from 2018, 2019 and 2020, we engage in discussions with world class arts leaders, designers, artists, and architects to look ahead at the ways our world is changing – how the trends and pressure that shape our built environment and our interaction relate to the impact arts and culture play in our lives and the evolution of art itself.
